Fashion is wrong or right? IELTS Writing P2

Some people spend more money on improving their appearance because this makes them look younger and more beautiful. Why would this happen? Do you think it is a negative or positive development?

Today, caused by the development of fashion, increasingly a number of people like dress up himself. They cost a plenty of money and time for promoting their appearance, such as fashional clothes or cosmetics and so on. Since they deem it is an efficient method that leads him to feel more confidences. At the same time, some individuals believe that is a negative development. But in my opinion, I deem there is just an approach to exhibit self.

Actually, in China, it is a famous proverb that is called "everyone has the desire for beauty. ". Because we are always like the beautiful things, in other words, individuals want to be more and more beautiful, which is only an exhibit of humanity. so I deem it is common that people dress up themselves. Besides of this, it is polite approach when you have a meet with your friend or important guests. Especially for the professional career, such as lawyer, businessman or salesmen and so on. They need to look neater, which is an important standard of their career.

On the other hand, with the development of art and growing of globalization, more and more creative minds appearing in the world, which is different from traditional designers. Such as hair-designer, fashion-designer or behaviour designer and so on. They bring an abundant and different of esthetics to the public, which causes to esthetic of the public has a huge change in this era. At the same time, as one of the most important factors that globalization, mass media become a key vehicle for spreading the fashion news. So that is the reason why increasingly people began to focus on their appearance.

For the attitudes of pursuing fashion, we should have reasonable shopping behaviour. Particularly in the luxury fashion. Because blindly pursue the fashion, which would bring plenty of pressure on finance or mental. On the other hand, we have the more important thing to do. For example, we need to cultivate our knowledge skills or self-morality. Besides of this, I deem that just a normal situation which is led by globalization or development of art and even a humanity.

Totally, I deem we need to accept this situation in our world. And at the same time, bring more attention to focusing the development of morality and knowledge skills, especially in the school.
