In many countries, more and more men are staying at home to look after their children when women work full-time.
What are the reasons?
Is it a positive or negative development?

At present, by the development of the gender equality action, more and more women acquire a successful career more than their husband. They make much more money than their husband, even they have higher social status. Thereby the responsibility of women in family transforms into a leader of the family. Some people would say that is a negative problem in society.

As I said, It is undeniable that women are more independent than the previous. They have more strong financial ability and better career. Because they have more carefulness and gentle personality or more strong responsibility of the family. This is the main factor why they would acquire the successful occupation and become the leader of the family. At the same time, they need to shoulder more responsibilities of family, especially the finance of family. Therefore, some men need shoulder the duty of housework which includes the cooking, cleaning or washing and so on, of course, including look after their children, if they have.

This changes not only happen to the women but also happen to the men, men' arrogance and prejudice lead them to regress in the social competition. At the same time, following the development of the action that called women-right. Increasingly the number of significant position open for the women, and increasingly the plenty of women obtain advance-education. Therefore, the social competitional ability of men is greatly weakened.

In short, it can not be denied that rise of women is certainly. For this situation, we should not criticize it, but should self-reflection, particularly the men.
